1. The Giveaway will have multiple editions and it will take place on the Eggnest Facebook/Instagram page separately/

2. By taking part in the Giveaway, the participants (the “Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to abide by the decisions of the Organizer. The decisions of the Organizer in all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final.

3. Persons or employees of the Organizer who are involved in the organization of any part of the Giveaway and the immediate family member of such persons or employees are disqualified from participating in the Giveaway. For the purpose of this clause, 'immediate family members' shall include spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings.

How to Participate

4. To be eligible for the Giveaway, the Participants must: a) be residing or working in Singapore; and

b) agree to be bound by the official rules, regulations and decisions of the Organizer.

5. To be considered for the purposes of this Giveaway, the Participants must: a) Complete the Survey conducted by Eggnest

6. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any submission that is incomplete, unreadable, ineligible, corrupted, misdirected, lost or delayed, or is unable to be sent or published due to technical or transmission failures of any kind or any other reason.

7. There is a limit to the number of entries a Participant may submit for the Giveaway. Participants may only participate once per month for any of Eggnest's Giveaways.

Judging Guidelines

8. All submissions shall be subject to the approval of the Organizer, which has the sole discretion to disqualify and/or remove any submission as it deems fit, including but not limited to comments which: a) contain obscene, provocative, objectionable, defamatory, inappropriate, or illegal content;

b) contain content which is irrelevant to the Giveaway; or

c) do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

10. The judges' decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

Prize

12. The Participant who submit the winning survey entry (the “Winner”) will win a single giveaway which may include but not limited to the range of a 2D1N Staycation, A Meal, An Experience, Vouchers or Material Items as stated in the Giveaway Sponsored Ads. Subject to changes from Eggnest at anytime.

13. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. The Prize is subject to any accompanying terms set by the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with any alternative prize without prior notice.

14. The Winner will be notified through a call by the Organizer, where the Organizer will provide details as to how to claim the Prize. The Organizer reserves the right to require the Winners to produce (i) proof of identity, (ii) proof of place of residence/work to claim their Prize.

15. The Winner’s prize will be forfeited to the Organizer and the Winner shall have no claim whatsoever on the Prize in the event that the Organizer is: a) Unable to contact the Winner through a phone call within 1 week upon the announcement of the winner by the Organizer; and/or

b) Unable to obtain and verify the Winner’s proof of identity, proof of place of residence/work.

The Organizer will then reserve the right to award a new Winner for the forfeited Prize.

Personal Information

16. By entering the Giveaway, all Participants consent to the Organizers collecting, using, processing or transferring their personal data (including but not limited to their names, their Instagram handles and profile pictures) for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes about the Giveaway. It is a condition for participation in the Giveaway that Participants consent to the public disclosure of his/her name, and their Valid Entry for publicity or commercial purposes or otherwise, and the Organizers shall be entitled to use any such information for any future marketing effort, without any further notice, payment or compensation to the Participants.

17. Participants warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete. Participants shall inform the Organizers immediately of any inaccuracies in the information submitted.

General

18. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway for reasons beyond its control. The Organizer (including its employees, officers, agents and assigns) shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage relating to or arising from the Giveaway (including cancellation of the Giveaway) or the Prize awarded, regardless of the cause and reason, to the extent permitted by law.

19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the Participants hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

20. The Giveaway is in no way organized, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Facebook is not liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses that any party may suffer and/or incur as a result of or in connection with the Giveaway and/or Prize.
